Campaign Basics

There are two types of campaign views available in the Plexure platform. When the Content Manager logs into the Plexure, the Content Manager is shown the default All Campaigns view. When the Content Manager clicks on any particular campaign, the Content Manager is shown the view for the selected campaign.

Both the campaign view types contain some common elements as detailed below:

Campaigns tab: Clicking on this tab will take you to the default All Campaigns view.

 

Reports dropdown: Depending on the role type, different kinds of reports are available to the platform user. The following reports may be accessed by the Content Manager:

  1. Offer Comparison
  2. Redemption Activity  
  3. Campaign Analytics 
  4. Campaigns Activity

 

Settings dropdown: Depending on the role type, different kinds of configurations are available to the platform user. These configurations are available across all the campaigns created by the platform user. The following configurations are available to Content Managers:

  1. Users
  2. Stores
  3. Store Groups
  4. Images
  5. Subcategories
  6. Geofences
  7. Beacons
  8. Merchant Details
  9. Terms

 

Account selector dropdown: Depending on the roles and accounts provisioned for a user, the Plexure platform user can select the role or Owner account from the dropdown as covered in Account Selector.

 

Campaign and Content dropdown: The Content Manager can create campaigns and various content types using this dropdown.

Import Offers button: The Content Manager can import offers in bulk through this feature.
